Talent Scouting & Selection Process
Our talent scouting starts with statewide trials to identify young players with strong hockey basics. Final selection assesses advanced skills, followed by medical checks, document verification, and parental consent for transparency.
Pre-Selection Phase
Initial trials are conducted across Tamil Nadu to identify potential candidates. Coaches focus primarily on evaluating basic skills.
Final Selection Phase
Shortlisted players are invited to the final camp, where coaches assess advanced technical and tactical abilities to finalize selections.
Medical & Age Verification
Selected players undergo medical and age verification, followed by document checks and parental consent to confirm eligibility.
